As you can see in the example, the complaint registration is linked to the complaint submission (the form directly filled by the complainant). The other elements belong to the complaint stage type and include the field case status to highlight the situation of the complaint in the process. The stage, then, is recorded as a value of the case status property and not as an element itself. This solution was adopted because for this database it was crucial to provide performance indicators such as the complaints on time and overdued, the number of days per stage or the timeline for each complaint. Recording stages this way facilitates the automatic generation of the dashboards that will be presented in the analysis section.
