In either case, the model must be completed with two or three more elements: the complainant, the respondent and, optionally, the victim. The complainant and the respondent are mandatory elements, but the victim is not, as this information could be integrated in the complaint registration template mentioned before. The parties involved are described with contact details, socioeconomic status, identification data, etc. We present a basic solution for the complainant and the respondent templates in the following example: 10
